Ray of Light Advent Ministries has been given 220 days by Code Enforcement to address outstanding concerns at our property at 516 S. Parramore Avenue.

We are grateful for this window of opportunity because it gives us time to do more than simply address a building—we have an opportunity to prepare the property for the next chapter of ministry and community impact.

For us, these 220 days represent a deadline, but also a divine opportunity.

The vision is to transform this property into a place where faith meets practical action: a community café and gathering space, discipleship and outreach programming, re-entry support, mentorship, workforce development, and other initiatives designed to serve the Parramore community.

The property is already here. The vision is already alive. Now the work must begin.

Over the coming months, we are seeking individuals, churches, businesses, contractors, community organizations, donors, and other partners who are willing to help us address the property’s immediate needs and move toward Phase 1 of the redevelopment plan.
